The Green is a delightful private estate in Ewell that has been designated a conservation area by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
There are 80 detached houses surrounding six tree-lined large grass areas. The central greens, roads and house verges are owned by The Green (Ewell) Limited, a company that exists for the mutual benefit of all the residents of the road that is funded by an annual subscription levied on each house in the road.
It operates through a General Purposes Committee whose members are elected by fellow residents at the annual AGM.
